Giving With Impact: How Alumni Are Shaping the YSM Experience

This program will highlight how culinary medicine, a new component of the YSM curriculum, provides opportunities for education and interdisciplinary research through hands-on lessons in preparing meals that promote wellness. Taught at the Irving and Alice Brown Teaching Kitchen at Yale New Haven Health, you will get a 'taste' of how food and cooking can help prevent and manage chronic health conditions.
