Ms. Doran has 30 years of experience working as an administrator, in Australia and in the United States, primarily in academic settings, including the Australian Landsat Station, the Mathematics and Statistics Division of Australia's Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organization, and Quinnipiac University. In her role at CIRA as Assistant Director for Administration and Development, she is responsible for the administrative and fiscal affairs of the Center for Interdisciplinary Research on AIDS (CIRA) in the areas of strategic planning, human resource management, research administration, events planning, and physical plant and facilities management. Gai holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Quinnipiac University, and a Master of Science in Research Administration from Rush University's College of Health Sciences.
