Director of state-funded independent program performance monitoring in Connecticut's HUSKY Program (Medicaid and CHIP for children, parents, pregnant women), with focus:

  • Coverage continuity and effect of gaps in coverage
  • Access to and utilization of health services, including well-child care and dental care for children and adults, emergency care
  • Maternal health and birth outcomes for mothers with publicly-funded maternity care, based on three-way linkage of birth records, HUSKY Program enrollment data, and HUSKY Program claims data
  • Uninsured children
