Yiming is a doctoral student in Department of Biostatistics, Yale School of Public Health. He is now working with Dr. Hongyu Zhao on statistical genetics. His research focuses on genetic risk prediction of human complex diseases, application and development of genomic functional annotations and network-based methods. He is also interested in machine/deep learning approaches and their application in biomedical studies.

Qiongshi Lu is a doctoral student in the Department of Biostatistics in Yale School of Public Health. His research focuses on genomic functional annotations and their applications in statistical genetics. In particular, he is interested in prioritizing variants in genome-wide association studies and next-generation sequencing studies through integrative analysis of diverse types of genomic functional annotations.
