Master of Public Health
The Department of Biostatistics trains students to develop and apply statistical principles and methods to problems in health sciences, medicine, and biology.
Master of Science
As opposed to the more general MPH degree, the MS degree, now known as the MS in Epidemiology and Public Health (MS in EPH) in the Biostatistics track, emphasizes the mastery of biostatistical skills from the beginning of the plan of study.
Doctor of Philosophy
A PhD with a concentration in Biostatistics prepares students for conducting research in health or medicine involving statistical methods and methodologies.
