Ms. Rosenberg joined the CHIRAL team after more than ten years at Yale University’s School of Public Health, where she managed a number of public health research projects. These include a longitudinal study examining prisoner reentry and health, and an evaluation unit for community-based HIV prevention and care projects across Africa. She brings to CHIRAL an interest in using qualitative methods to understand structural barriers to health. Ms. Rosenberg holds a Master of Public Health from Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Arts in anthropology from Barnard College.
