Tenure-Track Faculty Position in Perinatal Epidemiology

The Department of Chronic Disease Epidemiology (CDE) in the Yale School of Public Health (YSPH) at Yale University is seeking candidates for a tenure-track Assistant, Associate or full Professorship in Perinatal Epidemiology.  Applicants should have a Ph.D. in epidemiology with a concentration in perinatal or reproductive epidemiology or a closely related field by the start of appointment. Preference will be given but not limited to those with experience studying genetic, environmental, pharmaceutical and other iatrogenic or clinical risk factors. All reproductive, perinatal and neonatal outcomes are of potential interest. Successful candidates will have a demonstrated publication record.

The YSPH has a long history of excellence in perinatal epidemiology nationally and internationally through the Yale Center for Perinatal Pediatric and Environmental Epidemiology (CPPEE http://www.yale.edu/cppee/index.html). CPPEE faculty members collaborate with investigators in all departments of YSPH, as well as with other faculty at the Yale School of Medicine and throughout the University. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to participate in ongoing research endeavors but will be expected to develop an independent research program.  They will teach and advise Masters and PhD students.
