Tenure-track Faculty Position in Environmental Health Sciences
The Department of Environmental Health Sciences (EHS) in the Yale School of Public Health (YSPH) at Yale University is seeking candidates for a tenure-track Assistant/Associate Professorship. Applicants should have a Ph.D. in environmental health sciences or a closely related field by the start of appointment. Preference will be given but not limited to those with experience studying environmental stressors caused by chemical and/or physical human exposures in air, water, work and diet and/or developing methodology for exposure and risk assessment.
The YSPH has a long history of excellence in environmental health research nationally and internationally. EHS faculty members collaborate with investigators in all departments of YSPH, as well as with other faculty at the Yale School of Medicine and School of Forestry and Environmental Studies. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to participate in many ongoing research endeavors in China. In addition to developing an independent research program, successful candidates will be expected to teach and advise MPH/PhD level students.
