YMG Training

The Yale Medical Group Training Department provides:

• GE Healthcare Centricity Business (CB) training for the employees of Yale Medical Group and Interim Employment Pool (IEP) members.
• YMG Customer Service Training
• Monthly rounds to clinical departments to provide end-users a direct avenue of communications with the trainers regarding CB questions, suggestions and updates.
• Workshops and refresher training as needed.

New GE Centricity Business User Registration

• Employees must have a valid Yale or Yale affiliate netid to access CB. To request a NETID, employees should contact their business office.
• You must submit a course registration form before attending an initial GE Centricity Business course. Click here to fill out the appropriate registration form.
