Training the Next Generation
Women's Health Research at Yale is dedicated to training the next generation of researchers. We mentor and teach post-doctoral trainees through a range of training programs sponsored by the National Institutes of Health.
Junior Faculty Program:
The Yale BIRCWH (Building Interdisciplinary Research Careers in Women's Health) Scholar Program provides interdisciplinary research skill development for junior faculty interested in a research career focused on women's health and addictive behaviors.

Postdoctoral training opportunities to study women's health are provided in a number of important areas such as neuroscience, substance abuse prevention, mental health services, and geriatric clinical epidemiology.
