This section provides online support resources for the School of Medicine's web applications.

If you cannot find the information you need in this section, please visit the Tridion User Support Group on Basecamp to search for the answer you need or post a new question (contact Mark Albis for access).

In an emergency, please call our office at (203) 737-7WEB and the staff member "on call" will attempt to help you. We are a small staff, but do our best to respond quickly!

Web Editing Service

For those organizations that do not have the time, people, or web know-how to maintain their website, the Web Group has created a Web Editing Service that shifts the website updating responsibility to the Web Group. This annual subscription-based service offers two standard options, including quarterly ($2k annually) and monthly ($5k annually) update plans, but the service can be customized to meet your organization’s needs.

Photography

The YSM Web Group will take care of loading your home page banner photographs to your website, whether the images are your own high-quality, professional photographs or those taken by the Web Group photography team.

Faculty Profile Project Instructions

To better assist administrators manage organization membership lists and edit faculty profiles, the Web Group has begun developing a series of videos and instruction guides. Additional information can be found on the Faculty Profile Project's website.

Enroll in a Tridion Class

To enroll in an upcoming Tridion class, please reserve a seat in Tridion Introductory Training using the resource scheduler tool. Space is limited, so please make sure to reserve one seat per attendee.

Alternatively, users already familiar with Tridion who have specific questions about the system may want to reserve a seat in our Office Hours. In addition to staff being available to answer questions, office hours are a good chance to collaborate with other website editors.
