Tridion is the content management system (CMS) used by Yale School of Medicine's site editors to update the school's websites. Below you will find our Tridion support documentation, which includes a comprehensive guide for users new to Tridion, along with examples and instructions for all the content layouts you can create and use on your site.
If you've never used Tridion before, please see our Tridion Training Videos and contact ysm.editor@yale.edu to request access to the content management system.
If you have an emergency issue, please call our office at 203 737-7WEB (7932).
Web Editing Service
For those organizations that do not have the time, people, or web know-how to maintain their website, the Web Group has created a Web Editing Service that shifts the website updating responsibility to the Web Group. This annual subscription-based service offers two standard options, including quarterly ($2k annually) and monthly ($5k annually) update plans, but the service can be customized to meet your organization’s needs.
Web Applications
There are several systems which are used to display content on Tridion websites but are managed outside of Tridion. These include the profile system, news module, event calendar, and others. To find more information and instructions for using these systems visit the Web Applications section of our site.
