Lena Parker is the Yale School of Medicine's first Web Director. She's responsible for the centralization and modernization of web operations at the school, creating efficiencies, reducing overall cost and dramatically improving the school's online presence.
Justin Fansler has been driving force behind centralization of web systems and policies at YSM. His portfolio includes the Tridion content management system and other web applications, including the event calendar, form builder, lab tool and media tool.
Mark Albis joined the Web Group in October 2010 as the group's first Project Manger dedicated to providing training and support for YSM web editors. Using a variety of tools, Mark provides phone support, one-on-one screen shares, regular office hours and training sessions, documentation and how-to guides, and online tutorial videos. He's a very patient man.
Mark Santore joined the Web Group in February 2011 as the Web Manager for the Yale Center for Clinical Investigation (YCCI). He joins the web team from Virgin Atlantic airlines.
