For Milford residents, a newly upgraded three-floor medical clinic at 849 Boston Post Road in the center of downtown, brings access to Yale’s gold-standard Otolaryngology and Vascular Surgery teams one step closer to home. Division Chiefs Benjamin L. Judson, MD, MBA and Raul Guzman, MD, were among the Department and Health System leaders who celebrated the official opening of the clinic at a ribbon cutting ceremony held Jan. 30.

In a new outpatient treatment at Yale, infusions are safely given to patients whose fingers and toes are damaged by severe Raynaud phenomenon, also known as Raynaud’s phenomenon, to prevent amputation. Previously, these patients were sent to the emergency department, where they often waited for days before receiving treatment.
