Adenocarcinoma

Adenocarcinoma is a cancer that begins in the muscle, fat, fibrous tissue, blood vessels, or other supporting tissue of the body. It affects epithelium cells, which create the tissue that lines the cavities and surfaces of many bodily structures and glands. Their function includes secretion, absorption, protection, transportation between cells, and the detection of sensation.
