About 3-S

In cognitive psychology, the word "schema" is used to describe a mental process for efficiently processing and organizing incoming information. Answers to frequently asked questions about schemas as they relate to the "self" are provided by clicking on this link. Also provided are references to the relevant literature on cognitive schematic processing that provided the theoretical foundation for the 3-S program.
