Biography
As Section Chief of Gynecologic Oncology, I treat gynecologic malignancies including ovarian, uterine, cervical and vulvar carcinomas. I coordinate the Fellowship, affiliated hospital services, chemo-infusion and clinical research and clinical protocols of the division. The Division mentors medical students, Ob/Gyn residents and Gynecologic Oncology Fellows to become our future physician. I actively participate in basic research investigating the role of the ovarian stem cell and chemo-resistant disease, micro-RNA and its possible role in early detection and novel agents that can be used as treatment modalities.Education
