Biography

Mary Hu joined the Yale School of Medicine (YSM) administration in 2000 as Director of Strategic Planning and Marketing for the Yale Medical Group. In 2004, she took on the responsibility of directing school-wide communications, including print and online publications, and managing the Yale School of Medicine brand. She also directs various institutional planning activities, including international affiliations, diversity planning, emergency preparedness, and sustainability initiatives.

Mary serves as liaison between the Dean’s Office and relevant university and hospital offices, including the Yale University Office of the Secretary, Office of Public Affairs and Communications, Office of Development, Alumni Affairs, Yale Medical Group, Yale-New Haven Hospital and Yale New Haven Health System.
