From I-95 North or South: Take Exit 47 (downtown) onto the Route 34 Connector. Follow the Route 34 Connector to the end (onto North Frontage Road). Move to the left lane. Go through one light, and at the next light turn left onto Park Street. Go through 1 light. The Connecticut Mental Health Center (CMHC) building is located on the right, at 34 Park Street.

From I-91 South: Take Exit 1 (Route 34 Connector). Follow the Route 34 Connector to the end (onto North Frontage Road). Move to the left lane. Go through one light, and at the next light turn left onto Park Street. Go through 1 light. The Connecticut Mental Health Center (CMHC) building is located on the right, at 34 Park Street.

Free Parking at the Air Rights Garage: Enter from North or South Frontage Roads, or York Street. Ask STEP staff about how to get your parking stub validated at the end of your visit.
