[123I]5-IA-85380 SPECT Imaging of β2-containing Nicotinic Acetylcholine Receptors in Depressed Subjects

What is the purpose of this trial?

This study is looking to determine if depressed nonsmokers and smokers have abnormal regional expression of neuronal β₂-containing nicotinic acetylcholine receptor compared to euthymic control patients
