Dolan-Auten named new Director of Medical Education Administration

April 05, 2016

Yale Department of Psychiatry is pleased to announce that Jennifer Dolan-Auten will serve as its new Director of Medical Education Administration. In this role she will oversee the administration of the department's medical education programs with special responsibility for the psychiatry residency.

Dolan-Auten joined the department in 1992 and has worked in several positions, most recently as Associate Director for Medical Education Administration. She has twice served as interim director of the program while the department filled a vacancy.

“After doing it twice in the interim, I was excited to do it on a full-time basis,” said Dolan-Auten, who will continue to work with Robert Rohrbaugh, MD, professor of psychiatry, deputy chair for education and career development in psychiatry, and program director for the psychiatry residency program.

Dolan-Auten replaces Vonda Armstrong, who left the department in November.
