Pre-Adoption Services

  1. Medical Records Review: with written findings and report of the child being considered. Please download the Clinic's Pre-Adoption Intake Form for more information.
  2. Pre-Adoption Counseling for Prospective Parents: Can be done in person or via a telephone conference.
  3. Ongoing Consultation during the pre-adoption period.
  4. Information for Traveling Families to more fully inform the trip abroad and assist our Clinic in the assessment of the child.
  5. Telephone support for families during their stay abroad.
