Informatics Information and Technology Services (ITS)

  • The Information Technology Unit, based in Brady Basement B50, coordinates computer and telecommunications operations for the Pathology Department.
  • E-mail all requests for service to: pathITS@yale.edu. Please include your name, location, phone number, nature of request, the date service is needed, and charging instructions if applicable. All calls and requests for service are received at a central dispatch location.
  • Call the Help Desk at 203.785.3691 or pager 203.370.4272 during regular business hours (M-F 8:30-5:00). There is no after hours service for non-clinical issues.
