2. Access to tissue services from Yale Pathology archives 

3. To maximize the value of the resources in the Yale Pathology Tissue Archive. 

4. To provide Tissue Microarrays to assess multiple tissue samples

For each request, a standard form must be completed by the requesting investigator. The form contains ordering and shipping information and charging instructions.  Cost recovery is required and depends on the status of the requesting party.  Fee schedules may be download for academic/non-profit users and commercial users.
