Associate Research Scientist in Pathology
I'm an x-ray crystallographer, presently conducting structure/function studies on human ecto-enzymes involved in various cancers, hemostasis, signal transduction and molecular uptake. My previous work has also focused on membrane proteins involved in ion transport, as well as proteins that regulate transcription. B.S. - University of Minnesota (Biochemistry & Microbiology). Ph.D. - University of Oregon (Brian W. Matthews). Postdoctoral research - Yale University (Paul B. Sigler) (as a Helen Hay Whitney fellow). Associate research scientist - Yale University (Joao H. M. Cabral). Present: Associate research scientist - Yale University School of Medicine (Demetrios W. Braddock).
