Biography
Eugenia Buta is a Research Scientist in Biostatistics working with the Yale Center for Analytical Sciences. She received her Ph.D. in Statistics from University of Florida before joining Yale. In her role as a statistician, she collaborates with clinical investigators from Yale and VA Connecticut on a wide range of biomedical and public health research projects, such as studying pain and pain care in veterans using data from electronic health records and randomized clinical trials, measuring patient experience with health care using survey research methods, and developing methods for analyzing longitudinal substance use data.
