Regular Registrations (After December 21, 2011)

Fees are in US dollars and must be paid in US funds.

Registration Fees include:

• Registration and registration materials 
• 3 nights hotel slopeside accommodation (26th, 27th and 28th February 2012)**
• Welcome Reception
• Meals (3 breakfasts, 3 lunches and 6 coffee/cookie breaks)
• Gala Banquet Dinner (28th Feb)

**If you would like to share a room, there are reduced rates available. Please contact Lesley Nadeau (lesley.nadeau@yale.edu) to arrange for this. **

Cancellation Policy:

To cancel registration, you must request a refund in writing by 15 January 2012. Your fee will be refunded, less a US$99 processing charge. No refunds can be granted for cancellation after this date. Please contact Lesley Nadeau for any cancellation request.
