Fees are in US dollars and must be paid in US funds.

Registration Fees include:

• Registration and registration materials 
• 3 nights hotel slopeside accommodation (9th, 10th and 11th March 2014)**
• Welcome Reception
• Meals (3 breakfasts, 3 lunches and 6 coffee/cookie breaks)
• Gala Banquet Dinner (11th March)

**If you would like to share a room, there are reduced rates available. Please contact Lesley Nadeau (lesley.nadeau@yale.edu) to arrange for this. **

Cancellation Policy:

To cancel registration, you must request a refund in writing by January, 31st 2014. Your fee will be refunded, less a US$99 processing charge. No refunds can be granted for cancellation after this date. Please contact Lesley Nadeau for any cancellation request.
