CAT scan of the abdomen:

Liver: unremarkable non-enhanced appearance

Spleen: enlarged:18cm, subcapsular crescentic collection consistent with subcapsular hematoma. Spleen is hypodense compared to liver

Pancreas: unremarkable. Adrenal glands: normal

Gallstones within the bladder, no intrahepatic ductal dilatation

Kidneys: bilaterally atrophic with tiny hypodensities, the right lower quadrant renal transplant unremarkable without obstructive changes

Bowel loops: normal, no ascites, no abdominal lymph nodes

The left iliac fossa and pancreatic transplant are poorly characterized

Extensive vascular calcifications throughout the vessels of the abdomen
