BD FACS Aria in LEPH
The LEPH BD FACS Aria II is located in room 901B and is contained in a Baker BioProtect IV Biological Safety Cabinet.
It has has 405nm, 488nm, 532nm, and 640nm lasers for up to 15-colors.
The 405nm is equipped with 5 PMTs, the 488nm – 2 PMTs, 532nm – 5 PMTs, and the 640nm – 3 PMTs.
The LEPH Aria is capable of up to 4-way tube collection, plate deposition, and single cell deposition.
The LEPH Sorter can sort BSL-1, BSL-2, and BSL-3 cells .
The sorter is available for all types of sorts, but those wishing to use it have to complete these minimal requirements:
1)Have YARC Approval for Animal Handling (or Complete a Medical Surveillance Form, see YARC website)
2)Complete a tour of the LEPH Facility
