FACS Aria in the Amistad building

The FACS Aria in Amistad building has 4 lasers (488 nm blue laser, 635 nm red laser, 405 nm violet laser and a 355 nm UV laser). This machine is capable of sorting appropriate human materials, and is equipped with aerosol containment system. It can handle UV excitation for cell-cycle and “side-population”-based sorting.
