  • FITC and Alexa Fluor 488 (FL1 channel)
  • PE (FL2)
  • PerCP, PE-Cy5, PerCP-Cy5.5 and PE-Cy7 for FL3 channel
  • APC and Alexa 647 for FL4

Please note that Pe-Cy5 and APC should not be used simultaneously on FACSCaliburs.

The facility at George St. has one FACSCalibur in room 345A and Amistad has one Calibur in room 105.
