Postgraduate Research Assistant
Sreya Radhakrishna graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in 2013 with a B.A. in Molecular and Cell Biology, emphasis in Neurobiology. Her projects in the Stevens lab include identifying the molecular mechanisms underlying the behavioral phenotype in the branched-chain ketoacid dehydrogenase kinase (BCKDK) autism mouse model, and assessing the impact of prenatal stress on neurodevelopment and later risk for psychiatric disorders using both molecular and behavioral approaches. She hopes to pursue a career in medicine and research in the future.
