Sequenom

The Yale Center for Genomic Analysis is equipped with the state of the art Sequenom MassArray (compact) system. The Sequenom system consists of a liquid handler, and a MALDI-TOF (matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight) mass spectrometer compact analyzer.

We currently offering services for moderate to high-throughput (primarily fine-mapping) SNP Genotyping (iPLEX), Quantitative Gene Expression (QGE) and DNA Methylation (EpiTYPER) analysis. Service charges varied from project to project according to the custom designing assays and number of samples.
