Role at Yale

Mark began working with the Yale School of Medicine Web Group in 2010 as the Manager for Web Training and Support. In this role, Mark fields website editors' questions concerning YSM's content management system, Tridion, along with other web applications used in conjunction to maintain the school's web presence. In addition, he uses his relationship with web editors throughout the school to design new content templates for use on YSM websites.

Previously, Mark held another position at the University as part of Yale Shared Services. He was born and raised in East Haven, CT and still resides in New Haven County.
