Biographical Info

Robin Masheb, PhD is a Research Scientist in the Department of Psychiatry at the Yale School of Medicine and the VA Connecticut Healthcare System. She is a clinical psychologist specializing in health psychology with expertise in the design and implementation of empirically supported behavioral and cognitive-behavioral treatments for health behavior change and psychiatric illnesses. Dr. Masheb has over 100 peer-reviewed publications and has served as PI and investigator on numerous National Institutes of Health (NIH) grants focusing on pain, obesity, and eating disorders. Dr. Masheb also consults for the John B. Pierce Laboratory at Yale, and holds an appointment at the Yale Divinity School where she teaches “Psychopathology and Pastoral Care.”
