Biographical Info

As a licensed clinical psychologist at the Yale Stress Center, my work focuses on the application of mindfulness based stress reduction and other mind-body interventions to improve health outcomes. I have a strong commitment to training future psychologists and oversee the Yale Stress Center's clinical psychology internship training program.
