James Michael McGrath MD

Biographical Info

Dr. McGrath received his PhD and MD degrees from Temple University. He performed a postdoctoral fellowship under Dr. Solter at the Wistar Institute in Philadelphia, PA. Drs. McGrath and Solter reported the first live births following mammalian nuclear transplantation and did the first experiments that hypothesized and proved the existence of genomic imprinting in mammals. Dr McGrath did his Pediatric residency training at St. Christopher's Hospital for Children and his Genetics fellowship training at Yale University.
