Our Program

The primary mission of the Yale Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Residency Program is to train houseofficers to attain the knowledge, skills and attitudes to become excellent physicians able to care for patients across the age span.

How to Apply

Our Yale Combined Medicine/Pediatrics Residency Program offers a 4-year training track that leads to eligibility for both the internal medicine and pediatrics certifying exams.

Combined Medicine/Pediatrics Program Interviews

Our interview days occur in November, December and January each year. Once an ERAS application has been approved by the Programs' Intern Selection Committee (ISC), invitations are sent.

Our mission is to engage residents to become wise, compassionate physicians with the strongest intellectual foundation in a supportive, collegial environment. The Yale Med-Peds program is integrated within both departments of Medicine and Pediatrics, yet also maintains a unique identity unto itself.
