Visiting Students Scholarship Program

The Department of Internal Medicine's Visiting Student Scholarship Program, launched in 2017, immerses students in clinical medicine and exposes them to Yale faculty, medical students and residents, and Department and Residency program leadership.

Diversity in the Medicine Residency Programs

Race, Bias, and Advocacy in Medicine Distinction Pathway

The Race, Bias, and Advocacy in Medicine (RBAM) distinction pathway aims to provide residents with the tools to understand and combat racism and structural/ cultural bias. Residents will partner with the greater New Haven community to better understand disparities in access, intensity, and quality of healthcare and improve healthcare delivery.
