Directions to the Pulmonary Function Lab (PFT)

Exit 47 to Route 34 west to Exit 2, College Street. Turn left on to College Street and bear right on Congress Ave. At the second traffic light turn right onto Howard Avenue. The parking garage is on the left and the Dana Building entrance to the hospital is on the right.

Exit 57 and follow Route34 for 4.4 miles. Turn right at Ella Grasso Boulevard (routes 34 East/10 South). Turn left on Legion Ave, which becomes South Frontage Road. At the fourth light, turn right onto Howard Ave. After the third light, the parking garage will be on the right and the Dana building entrance on the left.

Exit 57 to Route 34 east into New Haven. Right onto Ella T. Grasso Boulevard (Rte. 10) and left onto South Frontage Road (Legion Ave.). At the fourth light, turn right onto Howard Ave. After the third light, the parking garage will be on the right and the Dana building entrance on the left.

After crossing Ella T. Grasso Boulevard (Rte. 10), turn left onto Davenport Avenue. At Howard Ave turn right the parking garage will be on your right and the entrance to Dana will be on your left.

Patient Registration

Patient Registration: Office of Professional services, is located in the lobby of the Dana Building, to the left of the information desk. You will need to register before being seen in the Pulmonary Laboratory. Plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment, as you register tell the person registering you that you are going to the Pulmonary Laboratory located on Fitkin 2, take the "C" elevator to the Second floor, turn right at the first corridor go left,( sign for Yale Physicians Building) The entrance to the Winchester Chest Clinic also the entrance to the Pulmonary Laboratory, will be the first door on your left.
