Dr. Chock completed her MD degree at Dalhousie University in Nova Scotia, Canada. She completed her residency at New York Presbyterian in New York. Eugenia joined the Section of Rheumatology for her fellowship in 2016 and is focusing her research on Antiphospholipid Syndrome with Dr. Doruk Erkan at the Hospital of Special Surgery. She also has a strong interest in data synthesis, systematic reviews and meta- analysis. She presented an abstract "Increased Risk of Thrombocytopenia Associated with Antiphospholipid Antibodies in Patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis" at the 2015 ACR meeting and is working on the manuscript.Dr. Chock is also pursuing a Masters of Public Health degree at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
