Biography
Dr. Malm is a general cardiologist at VA CT healthcare system where he directs the outpatient cardiology clinics. He is also an echocardiography attending at Yale New Haven Hospital. He is board-certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular medicine, adult comprehensive echocardiography, and nuclear cardiology. He joined the Yale faculty in 2008 and is an ACGME core faculty member for the cardiology fellowship training program. He has served as a site principal investigator on multi-center clinical trials in preventive cardiology, including the ongoing ZEUS, PREVENTABLE, and VA-IMPACT trials. He is the current Governor and President of the CT Chapter of the American College of Cardiology.
