Biographical Info

Roger works as an independent researcher and policy advisory. Formerly based at Keele University, England, he is an Associate Professors (Honorary) at Bond University, Australia, and was appointed to the YSM faculty in 2008. For several years he co-ran a student exchange program between Keele and Yale Universities with Professor Rohrbaugh. He is a specialist in medical ethics and law and a former adviser at the General Medical Council (UK). Based in London, his current research centers around professional values, ethics, public policy and medical education.
