Biographical Info

Dr. Njeri Thande received her Internal Medicine training at the New York Presbyterian Hospital-Columbia University in New York City and her Cardiovascular Medicine training at the University of Michigan Health System in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Before coming to Yale, she was an Assistant Professor of Medicine (Cardiology) at Albert Einstein Medical School/Montefiore Hospital. She has a special interest in clinical cardiology, in particular cardiovacsular risk factor management in underserved populations, and echocardiography.
