Required Documents

Transcripts (required)

A transcript or academic record is required from each college or university attended and listed in the Prior Study section of your application.

You must upload a scanned copy of your transcript or a copy of your academic record to your application for each institution listed in the Prior Study section of your application prior to submitting it (please ensure uploaded transcripts are legible). Please refer to detailed instructions within the online application with regard to transcripts/academic records and uploading. Do not mail or email in a copy of a transcript or academic record that you have "uploaded" to your on-line application - it is not required or necessary. Such transcripts received will be discarded.

Applicants who have attended international institutions, whose transcripts are in a language other than English, must submit those transcripts or certified attestations of study, with certified English translations. Once translated, the original transcript and the certified translations must be uploaded to your on-line application.

College seniors should upload a current transcript available at the time the application is ready to be submitted. Once fall term grades are posted to your record you should complete the Fall Term Grade Report and upload it to your submitted application.

Only if you are offered admission and accept that offer do you need to provide an Official Transcript (sent to us by mail directly from the institution), or a Final Official Transcript if it is in support of a Prior Study institution reflecting the award of a degree (also sent to us by mail or electronically, directly from the institution). If you list a Study Abroad Program in the Prior Study section of the application and you mark the box indicating a Study Abroad Program, you will not need to "upload" the transcript from that institution if coursework taken is reflected on the transcript from the sponsoring institution and which you already have "uploaded". If the coursework is not on the transcript of the sponsoring institution then you will need to upload (attach) a copy of that transcript.
