Health Diplomacy Seminar Series
The Health Diplomacy Initiative (HDI) at Yale is inspired by the vision that health can and should have a more prominent role in international relations and foreign policy discussions and deliberations. This initiative brings together various disciplines and professionals including medical, nursing and public health experts, social scientists, economists, legal scholars, and activists, and draws from fields such as health and human rights.
For more information contact Dr. Kaveh Khoshnood (kaveh.khoshnood@yale.edu).
Yale World Fellows Program
Each year, Yale invites 18 young leaders from around the globe for the fall semester to participate as world fellows in a leadership and networking program. Dr. Michael Cappello, a pediatric infectious disease specialist at YSM, heads the program. The Thursday lecture series, which runs during the fall term, features talks by the world fellows on a range of topics of global importance. The World Fellows Program also hosts a current-events discussion series, Hot Coffee/Hot Issues, on Friday mornings at the Betts House.
For more information go to Yale World Fellows Program Calendar, or contact Kel Ginsberg at kel.ginsberg@yale.edu or Leslie Powell at leslie.powell@yale.edu.
CIRA Director's International Seminars
