FMT is an Excel based budgeting and forecasting tool, a modified version of Professional Edition created by SRC Software. It produces detailed yet flexible plans that are fully aligned with the strategic goals of the School of Medicine. It is fully compatible with our Oracle database.

Please do not use salary exptypes in your financial workbooks. All salary expenses must be planned in your salary workbooks!
A report called Transfer Reconciliation Report can assist you in reviewing the use of transfer expense types for your department. The report has been added to the FMT Report Library under Financial Reports in the Budget and Monitoring folder.
You can run the report for different periods, e.g. Current Year Actuals (CYA), Last Year Actuals (LYA) or plans (CYP, NYP, Dept Plan), etc.
