Furniture Issues

Responsibility for purchase of furniture (Department or the project) will be determined when project is formulated In either scenario the key to a successful purchase and installation of furniture is communication. From the very outset of the project, the Project Manager will establish the guidelines by which the Design Team, the furniture vendor, Yale's Purchasing Department, and the Project Manager will interact. If the project purchases furniture, only the Project Manager may authorize a change that increases the cost of the furniture package.
