The School of Medicine event calendar is a powerful web application to disseminate information about happenings in our community. This intranet provides you with more information about how to use the calendar.
Posting an Event
To post events, please visit the Event Calendar, sign-in with your Yale NetId and click “Post Event." For more information, please watch the detailed informational video (or, watch the quick version).
If someone submits an event to appear on your calendar, but does not have permissions to post, the event will go into your approval queue. To approve an event, please visit the Event Calendar, sign-in with your Yale NetId and click “Approve Events.” If there are events in your approval queue, calendar administrators will receive an email at noon with a list of events that need to be approved. If you are the calendar administrator for your organization, you can give other people access to post events on your calendar without needing your approval. For more information on how to add users, please watch the informational video.
