Hometown:
Dix Hills (Long Island), NY

MedicalSchool:
Columbia University
Hobbies/Interest:
I have fairly common interests including running and movies, but I am also a big fan of import tuner cars (time and finances permitting).
Past life:
I was a General Surgery Intern at YNHH just this past year and transitioned into the Emergency Department with the help of two extremely supportive departments.
Academic Interest:
I have always been interested in Oncology, and performed some bench research in brain tumors and pancreatic cancer in my previous medical school life. Currently I greatly anticipate involving myself in one of the department's many clinical projects, possibly involving cardiac workups.
Favorite activities in New Haven:
Partaking in some of New Haven's historic restaurants, making use of Sleeping Giant Park in Hamden or some of the local beaches.
Why Yale’s Emergency Medicine Program:
An outstanding clinical and academic education provided by and for a sincerely brilliant and gentlemanly group of staff and trainees.
Random factoid:
I am an extreme creature of habit and in medical school I once ate the exact same dish from the same take-out Chinese restaurant in my neighborhood everyday for over 8 months.
