Hobbies/Interest:

Hanging out with my 4 year old daughter (i.e. finding the best playgrounds and ice cream shops in CT), testing out new recipes, yoga, reading mysteries, (dreaming about) traveling to exotic locales, sleeping, decompressing post shift over brunch or tapas, dragging my child to art museums.

Past life:

Clinical Research Assistant at UCSF, taught photography to 3rd graders, traveled in Southern Africa and Europe, slept a lot more than I do now.

Academic Interest:

Ultrasound, education, palliative care

Favorite activities in New Haven:

East Rock Park, brunch, Yale Ice Hockey, Metro North to NYC

Why Yale’s Emergency Medicine Program:

An ED with high volume and incredibly high acuity, strong critical care experience, the opportunity to train in both an Academic and Community ED setting (Bridgeport), the residents are amazing across the board-- great to work with, learn from and unwind with. I wanted to experience a new part of the country.

Random factoid:

My favorite cart food is Ali Baba's Lemon Chicken.
